For our client operating in the Real Estate sector, we are currently seeking a candidate for the Junior Financial Analyst position. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management and monitoring of project budgets and financials
- Supporting the monthly reporting process by ensuring that monthly results are reported accurately and on time
- Assisting client-side finance teams with any queries or information requests
- Ensuring and supporting the delivery of all client financials related to the client contract
- Processing accounting entries and preparing accruals
- Reconciling bank statements
- Conducting month-end closing procedures
- Other additional tasks
Your experience and skills:
- You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in finance, including financial analysis, auditing or accounting in the real estate industry
- You have a minimum B2 level of proficiency in English
- You are advanced in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- You possess strong communication skills, are well-organised, and have high analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft will be considered an advantage
